DYNAPAC’S COST EFFECTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE MOBILE FEEDER

Construction Equipment Australia has added the Dynapac MF2500 to their mobile feeder range. This new mobile feeder keeps running costs low with excellent fuel efficiency and high feed capacity.

According to Paul Ridgeway, National Product Manager for Compaction and Paving, “It’s an easy to operate, cost effective machine with an impressive feeding capacity.”

He adds, “The MF2500 empties a truck in 35 seconds because of its wide belt and large tunnel and the bulk material transfer ensures a homogenous mix.”

This new mobile feeder ensures continuous paving speeds, uninterrupted material supply and a smooth paving process.

“The long and wide tracks ensure enough traction to push even the largest trucks,” says Paul.  “The distance sensor makes certain that the distance between feeder and paver stays constant and the wide and high conveyor ensures smooth material flow with minimal segregation.”

He adds, “You can easily convert the standard short feeder to an offset feeder in just 45 minutes, using Swingapp.”

Cleaning is easier and the rubbers belts need replacing less frequently.

“The integrated emulsion spray system makes cleaning easier,” says Paul.

He adds, “The rubber belt is directly mounted on metal braces, which eliminates the temperature impact from the hot asphalt on the belt.”

Mobile feeder operators benefit from better lighting systems, a spacious operator environment and an intuitive control panel.

“A spacious platform with pivotable seats, a dashboard for an ergonomic work place and excellent visibility makes for a better operating environment,” says Paul.

“The Intuitive control panel has automatic feeding, distance and steering modes.”

He adds, “A comprehensive lighting system has been developed for night work.”

“The work light can be switched on with the central battery switch from ground level for convenient access to the operator platform in the dark.”
